As a travel enthusiast hailing from California, I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming flat located near York, just a short 15-minute walk from the city center. Despite its proximity to the main road, the property was surprisingly tranquil and quiet, providing a peaceful environment for relaxation. The apartment itself was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the kitchen/ diner had everything one could possibly need, and the lounge even featured a lovely little balcony where I could unwind and enjoy the fresh air. the shower was a particular highlight, boasting great water pressure and hot water - perfect for rejuvenating after a long day of exploring. Simon, the host, was incredibly accommodating and attentive, ensuring that our stay was nothing short of exceptional. From the clean and welcoming environment to the added touches like fresh milk, tea, and coffee upon arrival, every detail was thoughtfully considered. Overall, my experience at this flat was nothing short of fantastic. the convenient location, comfortable amenities, and attentive host made for a truly enjoyable stay. Whether traveling solo or with a partner, this flat offers a wonderful home-away-from-home experience that I would highly recommend.
